What we do with your details
This page says how the site works: what is collected, where it goes, who sees it, and how to have it deleted.
In short
If you have no time for the long version, these four:
- If you do not send an application, no personal details are asked of you at all.
- There are no advertising trackers on this site — no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, nothing of that kind.
- Visiting the site sets no tracking cookie in your browser.
- You can have your application deleted at any time — by phone or by writing on Telegram.
What the application form records
What you type, plus a few technical lines beside it that are needed to handle the application.
- Your name and phone number — so we can call you back.
- The programme and format you chose, and your message if you wrote one.
- Which language you filled the form in — so we know which language to call you in.
- Which page you sent it from, and which site you arrived from.
Passport details, date of birth, address, card details — none of these are asked for on this site, and none of them should be.
If anyone asks you for one of them in the name of Jamals, call us first.
Where your application goes
The application lands in the academy's own database and is passed from there to the call team's system — that is where the call to you comes from. The handover is signed, so nobody outside can forge one.
Beyond that it goes nowhere. We do not sell it, do not hand it to advertising networks, and do not swap it with other centres.
What visiting the site records
Visits are counted so we can see which pages are being read. That count is written to our own database, not to somebody else's server.
Your IP address is not stored. No cookie is set. A number that changes every day separates two visitors within a day; the next day the same person hashes to something else and the old value cannot be joined to anything.
The site you arrived from is recorded only as a site name — never the words you typed into a search box.
Who sees it, and how long it stays
Applications are seen by academy staff — the people who call you, and the management who have access to the admin panel. Nobody else.
Your application is kept until you ask for it to be deleted, or until the academy no longer needs it. If you want to know the exact period, ask and we will tell you.
What you can ask for
None of this needs a written request, a form or a reason. Call, or write on Telegram:
- What do you have about me? — we will tell you.
- My phone number was written down wrong — we will correct it.
- Do not call me — we will take you off the list.
- Delete my details entirely — we will delete them.

If the student is under 18
Most of our students are of school age. If a student sent the application themselves, we will still speak to a parent — money and contracts are the parent's side of it.
As a parent you may ask to see or delete an application your child sent. Call the same number.
If this page changes
If the site changes, this page changes with it. If anything written here does not match how the site actually behaves, that is our mistake — tell us and we will fix it.
