Our job application carries two sentences. They are not advertising — they are what we actually look at.

The first: “Answer the questions precisely — general statements tell us nothing.”

The second: “One rule: whether you do the work with AI or by hand makes no difference to us. What matters is delivering what was asked, on time and in good condition.”

We call out the second one because the opposite is said in most places. We are interested in the result, not the process.

Information about a teacher's work is kept in systems here, and it is better that you know that before you apply.

Whether the lesson started on schedule, whether attendance was taken, whether homework was set — each of these is recorded. The head teacher observes lessons. Students rate every teacher through a QR form.

This is not for surveillance. It is for precision. When a parent asks whether their child's lesson happened, the answer comes from a record rather than from memory.

On the application, support teacher sits under the same track as SAT teacher. It is not a lower grade — it is different work.

A support teacher works with students after lessons, so they reach a higher score faster.

On the teachers page, scores in this role are published exactly as the others are. Compare them yourself.
